During the past week in the Santa Clarita Valley cities, we have had the following real estate occurrences:
- 109 new listings have entered the market in the SCV Cities
- 76 real estate listings have had their prices changed
- 33 real estate listings fell out of escrow
- 79 Santa Clarita real estate listings entered Escrow in Back Up position
- 4 real estate listings in the SCV Expired, not selling within contract
- 62 properties in the Santa Clarita Valley entered Escrow in the Pending Status
- 72 real estate listings sold and successfully closed escrow
Within the SCV Cities, we have been blessed to have come across some of the BEST real estate sellers and buyers that exist in the free world
